05 / Bids, Research & Collaboration
Turn an opportunity into a project
Develop technical proposals, define work programmes and bring complementary expertise into a collaboration.
ADI supports the formation of research and technology-development projects, from initial concepts and proposal contributions to the definition of an achievable technical work programme.
How we can support you
- Concepts & objectives
- Clarify the technical problem, the proposed approach and the outcomes a project should deliver.
- Work programme definition
- Develop work packages, deliverables, milestones and responsibilities that connect the objectives to a practical delivery plan.
- Technical bid support
- Contribute technical proposal content, development plans and engineering inputs to cost and schedule estimates.
- Risk & evidence
- Identify technical risks, dependencies and the evidence required to support the proposed development route.
- Collaborative development
- Identify complementary expertise and help form consortia for research, space engineering and product-development opportunities.
Technical bid support is commissioned against an agreed opportunity and set of outputs. Invitations to join collaborative research or technology-development programmes are considered separately, with each organisation’s role made explicit.
Typical outputs
- Technical proposal content
- Work-package structure
